From client brief to team tasks: a practical workflow with Atty

A practical small-business workflow: capture the client brief, review Atty's task proposal, assign the work and prepare a shareable microsite in Attain OS.

Know Muse? Wait until you meet Atty—in Attain OS, for your business.

“Can you take care of this?” sounds like an assignment. Often, it is only the beginning of one.

What does “this” include? Which file is the reference? When does the customer need it? Who is responsible for checking the result?

Personal AI agents have made it easier to imagine asking for help in ordinary language. Meta's Muse, for example, documents planning, persistent context and generated artifacts such as documents and web pages, including work-related uses. Those capabilities make a useful starting point for thinking about AI at work. How Meta designed Muse For a practical comparison, see Muse for business and Atty's team setting .

For a small team, the practical challenge is to turn the request into work that another person can understand and own. Here is a concrete way to do that in Attain OS: goal → tools → reviewed work. Atty can use authorized project context and task tools to prepare a proposal. You check it before it becomes shared work. The AI workspace for teams keeps that context available to the people who need the result.

1. Put the request into a useful note

Our fictional business, Cedar Studio, is preparing a launch for a fictional customer, Maple House. The customer has asked for a clearer headline, new photography and a final review before the page is shared.

Start with a note that records the request, the intended outcome and any open questions. Link it to the customer where appropriate. Keep the agreed brief among the project documents.

A useful note might say:

The launch overview needs a shorter headline and two customer-approved photos. Maya will prepare the revision. The customer wants a review copy by Friday, October 2. Final sharing happens after our team checks the content.

The date and people here are fictional. In your own project, use an explicit date and a real team member. An AI assistant should not have to guess which Friday or which Maya you mean.

2. Ask Atty for a task proposal

Open Atty in the project that contains the work. Ask:

Turn these notes into a follow-up task. Assign it to Maya. Make it due Friday, October 2, 2026, and link it to Maple House. Include these three checklist items: revise the headline; select two approved photos; complete the final review. Show me the proposed task before I approve. After it is saved, propose attaching the Cedar launch brief to that task for a separate approval.

Atty's task and note tools support creating or updating this kind of project work. Review the proposal rather than assuming every detail was interpreted correctly.

Check the selected project, the task owner, the date and what each checklist item actually asks someone to do. If the scope is wrong, reject the card and tell Atty what to change. Review the new proposal and approve once it matches the work you intend.

3. Make the handoff understandable

An assigned task is most useful when its owner can find the reason for it.

After the task is saved, review and approve the separate proposal to attach the Cedar launch brief. Reopen the task to check the customer, assignee, date, checklist and attachment. Keep the note easy to locate with a clear title. Avoid a folder full of files named “final,” “final-new” and “final-really-new” without any explanation of which one to use.

Then ask the teammate to open the task and confirm the next action. That small check tells you more about the quality of the handoff than an impressive AI response does.

4. Prepare the customer-facing output in Content Creator

If the deliverable is a short event page or service overview, use the Content Creator wizard to prepare a shareable microsite from selected project material.

This is a separate product workflow: Atty chat does not generate the microsite. Atty can find existing content and propose a public share link for an existing item. Review that sharing action before approving it.

Review the generated page on a phone as well as a larger screen. Read every name, date and claim. Open its links. If you need an intake form, link to a real, separately configured form rather than assuming a generated form illustration will collect submissions. See Attain OS forms in context when deciding how to collect a response.

A microsite is useful for a focused piece of customer communication. It should not be mistaken for a custom-domain website builder or a guarantee that all generated output is ready to send.

5. Make the next step explicit

Before sharing, decide who reviews the output and who communicates with the customer. Atty can help draft the message for you to send, but this workflow does not assume that Atty sends email on your behalf.

For a recurring process, consider whether a configured project routine would be useful—for example, a weekly review of open launch work. Test the exact routine before relying on it. Scheduled automations have a different execution model from the approval cards in an interactive chat. If the next step is a bookable appointment, review the scheduling workflow separately ; assigning a task does not itself book time.

Try it with one real handoff

You do not need to reorganize the whole business to evaluate the idea. Start with one client request, one note, one owner and one due date.

Ask whether the teammate can understand the job without reconstructing a private conversation. Then check whether the customer-facing output reflects the same agreed brief.

That is the role of Atty in this workflow: help turn a request into clear, shared work inside Attain OS, with people still responsible for the decisions. The approved task gives the team an owner, deadline and next step they can find later.
